Seems to run OK on Windows XP w/ Radeon 9600XT when you run it in 8-bit software rendering mode.
If you try 16-bit hardware renderning mode it will just go to a black screen after the introductory videos.

Game runs just fine under Windows 7 x64 but I'm having issues getting a joystick working.
