How to Force 1000Hz USB Sample Rate in Windows Vista

Posted by Philipp Esselbach on: 09/24/2007 09:18 AM [ Print | 0 comment(s) ]

NGOHQ.com posted a guide about force 1000Hz USB Sample Rate in Windows Vista

Microsoft Windows default USB sample rate (125Hz - 8ms response time) is surely not enough for today end-users. There are too many 1000Hz (1ms) patches out there, but most of them aren't supporting Windows Vista due to the new security features, especially in Vista x64. However, I found a way to do it, but Im not taking any responsibilities for any damage, so use it at your own risk! If youre still interested - just follow these instructions.
