I don't get it i have rc1 and when win2k startup its goes really slow its just trashing the harddisk and when it is at 75% it sometimes goes on and sometimes crashes what is this, please help p2-450 asus p2b bios 1009 viper tnt agp 16 mb 3com III etherlink quantum cr 8.

Using Beta3. . . Sound part of card works great but the game port will not now. I have tried manually adding one, and it say's it is working but to does not see even an analog joystick. Anyone know of a fix? Also anyone know how to get an okidata okipage4w to print in windows 2k? I can get it to print in win9x, 3.

Can't run V3 in Win2K RC2 (build 2128)

I tried following the directions posted in the 3dfx faq to get V3 working, but it doesn't seem to work. The FAQ mentions getting some DLLs from build 2114. I don't have access to that build, only build 2128 (RC2).

I like this game. I bought it today after the demo played well on my G200 (I don't know why it wouldn't take my SLI ??) and SB Live with RC1. Sigh, the game plays well on my G200, no probs there. Sound is also OK.

The card istelf (Matrox Mystique G200) is detected fine, and i have all video resolutions, but when i try to start a 3D app, I get an error message No 3D hardware found This is driving me insane, can anyone shed some light on this for me? please?

Steering wheels under NT4?

Does anyone know if and how it could be done to use a steering wheel under NT4? Does not matter which wheel it would be. I just would like to buy one to play F1 Racing Simulation or RS2. Both games run fine under NT4 (Voodoo), but with the joystick it is a little bit boring.

Here you can find a beta driver with D3D, didn't test it yet. . . . . . . . Let me know if it works. No directdraw support anymore, you can't have everything :-((.

Voodoo 2 in RC2

I read the 3DFX faq, but then the messages here re 😀3D being disabled for unsigned drivers gave me the impression that the Voodoo 2 may not be usable currently under win2k:rc2 (2128)? Does the altered inf file with the NT4 drivers work fine under 2128? Glide/d3d/ogl? Thanks!!!
