BP6, Fasttrack 66 and Geforce problem

I am unable to get the above combo to work with any bios except QQ beta 01 but still it is not stable. the problem is , geforce driver refuses to load upon boot up, it hang. anyone with above combo that can get them to work under w2k/win98 please tell me which bios, driver etc to us, TIA.

I've just seen - on the front page of this site - a news item about a new BIOS for the Matrox G400, but the link gets me to the BIOS dated August 1999. What a bag of wank. Is it too much to ask that the links to new material actually link to new material.

Ok here is my problem. I my friend tried to install whistler on my machine and the setup it just like that of windows 2000. I have problems installin winodws 2000 on my computer so i had to quit the install at the setuping up hardware blue dos like screen.

Half-Life under Win2k

Hey. I've installed Half-Life on my machine, but it does not work, i get an error HL is generating errors and will be closed by windows The same copy of HL worked when i had NT4. N e suggestions guys why i get errors? I have a P3-450 Creative Voodoo Banshee, 128MB.

UT on an nVidia Card a bit choppy?

Hey, I'm wondering what API ppl with nVidia cards play UT with? I run OpenGL and its kinda choppy. I know its not my system because all the other FPS games run fine. It says I should be getting a minimum of 30 fps.

I am having trouble getting the ATI All In Wonder Pro video card to work in 2k. . the drivers work fine. . i just cant watch TV?!?! BOOO. . we all know how disapointing this can be!!.

Hi I have a HP 670C printer and everytime I print somthing of the web I loose my conection to the web. This never happened when I was running win 95,98 only with NT. I'm running NT SP6A with 256mes of ram.

Vortex2 SQ2500

W2K recognized and installed drivers for my Vortex2 with no problem. However, I can't get surround sound now. I have tried both the standard MS drivers and the W2K beta drivers from AUREAL. Both have the same result - no surround sound.

A stable MoBo?

Does anyone have any good recomendations on a good running motherboard with Windows 2K? Im currently running a DFI PA61 with a Pentium III 600, Annilater Pro, Live Plat. ,and a DXR3 DVD decoder. The Via drivers seem to give me greif and dont run as stable as the Intel 440 chipset that I use to have.

Howdy, Anyone else having trouble getting GoLive 4. 01 to run under Win2K? I couldn't find specific OS notes on the Adobe site stating that it wasn't compatible with Windows 2000. Before I buy GoLive 5.
