Change Drive letters under win2k

Ok, I just finished installing windows 2000 (after installing linux first). However, does anyone know how to change drive letters under win2k? For some odd reason, it picks up my zip drive first, then the CD-ROM, then my Hard drive.

If I try to clock my CPUs all the way down to regular speed 366/66. . . then it will give me a blue screen of death and something about the hpt366. sys drivers. . . I use the newest ones 1. 25v I think but I heard somewhere you should use 1.

i am a newbie. . . i am trying to install win2k on: ms-6260s motherboard, ali5 m1542,m1543chipset creative value sound, amd k6-2 350 cpu, riva tnt2 m64 i have tried to get all the possible drivers that are out there but i still seem to have a problem with my video card.

Is there a way I can take that damn fan off of it? It's making all sorts of annoying noise and needs to either be cleaned or replaced. I thought I'd ask before I went in to rip apart my video card. Lemme know.

Does anyone use RemotelyAnywhere? I am trying to get it to work through ICS and am not having much luck. I have the port mapped, but it can't seem to connect to my box. I have 1 computer as my ICS/Firewall computer and my 2nd box on my home network.

Enable Offline Files in Win2K?

I accidentally disabled Offline files in Windows 2000 Pro and now I can't change it back? When I right-click on a shared folder (i. e. \\PC1\Shared), I no longer have the option to select Make it available Offline.

1) Why does my user profile on Win2K keep on increasing? I used to log into Windows as administrator all the time, but I noticed my profile was like 15MB. So, I started using another profile. . . and I notice it's starting to increase as well.

what happens when you overclock your refresh rate?

Anyone ever set their refresh rate higher than it's supposed to be? I set it for 120 with nv refresh rate fix in 800 x 600, and it makes Q3 run smooooth as butter, but I'm worrying I may be ****ing up my monitor to all hell.

Will Q3 run faster with 256k ram in Win2k?
