Anyone here had any luck with the IIS 5 ftp server in win2k. I can get people to log in, but the it won't list the contents of the directory for them. Any help would be mucho appreciated!.

Im trying to rip CD Audio using Audio Catalyst or Audio Grabber in Win2k with no success. I assume i need to download an ASPI layer. The adaptec ASPI32. exe doesnt work as i dont have any adaptec products on my PC.

Hello I use the RC3 of Windows 2000 but my Traxdata burner don´t work. Windows said that my burner is a normal CD-ROM Is there a driver anywhere or what can I do Thanks.

overclock my celery to 550mhz in 2000, and it fires up and i can quake till my heart's content. . . . TRY to boot up '98, NO WAY. . . go figure. . . Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Trying to run Ultima IX on RC3 Server - Does not work

Hi there, I am trying to run Ultima IX on my PII 400,128 w/ Diamond Viper 550 and SB Live, the installation does not find and compatable video devices and crashes, so does the game at the begining, I tried to use newer DX7 drivers - does not help.

When I use Windows Media Player in 1280x1024 (85hz) the DirectDraw Applet that plays the movie doesn't move accordingly with the Windows Media Player Window. Example: I play a movie, I click and drag the title bar, and the Media Player Window Moves but not the movie, it continues to play where the window use to be.

Can someone please give me instructions for installting the Intel PC Camera in Windows 2000? I read the compatability list and saw that you can change the icam3. inf to Windows NT instead of Chicago and I did that, but how do I install it? If anyone has any help on this I'd greatly appreciate it.

I read somewhere that the problem with defragmenting in win2k for fat32 hd's is fixed in the RC3 release. Can someone confirm this? I got 250000 lost clusters last time I defragged my hd in win2k so I'm a little scared off.

Win 2K GL Gaming If any of you Windows 2000 beta testers out there are having problems running Quake 2, 3 or any other OpenGL game the problem is probably due to you having a Windows 9x OpenGL32. dll in your game directory.

Theme Park World in Win2k as non-administrator

Theme Park World (UK version) installs OK as administrator and other users. The game works when run from administrator but when run from a non-admin user it says Please insert the correct CD even when the CD is in the drive.

What does this mean? Does it mean that the program has locked memory? Is there a way to disable this? Quake 3 runs fine in SMP for a few hours then that shows up. Process has locked page. I still have no idea what that means Alittle help please.
