File and Printer Sharing Weirdness

On my server box (runnin Win2k Server) I have 2 NICs. One is for internal LAN and has File and printer sharing enabled. The other is for my cable modem. Tonight I got a weird ICQ and thought maybe someone was tryin to get my IP to hack me so I goto my server and do a netstat -an.

just installed winxp 2485 and now even before it gets into the winodws environment it comes up with a blue screen about ndis. sys. i can load in safe mode and safe mode with networking. can someone help me get rid of this error.

I have problem with DNs query. My Internet connection on workstation will work with NAt only if i force the workstation to use the dns server of My IPS. (it work if i enter the ip address of the web site) But if i do that, the workstation dont register on my own dns server.

Hi everyone. Got a problem that i can't solve so if anyone knows the answer please help. Windows uses bright white color as the default for window background color. This is rather annoying since after 1-2 hours your eyes get blury.

I got geforce DDR and unfortunately i ve noticed that overall 3d acceleration performance dropped after changing system from ME to 2000. I am running on 12. 41 reference drivers. I d like to ask if it is normal for 2000 system or is there something i could do to raise performance.

Ive noticed that the tweakUI autologin doesnt work anymore in 248x if you put a password on the account. For example without a PW i login to my desktop auto, but once i put in a PW it says the PW i put in is invalid.

Well!!! My problem was (after reading, reading, and reading) with the DNS server. I have deleted it and reconfigure it with default setting and after, i was able to make group policy that affect users connecting to the server ))) by the way, i have found all the doc on technet.
