Downloading more than 2 files @ once in IE

I have looked through Internet Options in IE5. 5 & under the advanced section, i can't find the option of enabling more than 2 downloads at once in IE. I am sure there is an option where i can change it.

Games performance under Windows XP

Hello everybody: could anyone resolve me a doubt? I saw that there is a true performance hit when gaming under Windows 2000 (compared to Win 9x). My questions: Is the same problem present under Windoes XP?.

UDMA status keep changing & VIA 4in1 question

Help. Why my UDMA status keeps changing according to WinXP ? This happens only on the Primary Master using my ATA66 IBM 22GXP. First boot, it says the status is UDMA3 (eventhough it's an ATA66 hd). Once in a while, it will really run at UDMA4.

Okay after some testing there is some sort of bug with the new XP drivers; the official ones. It appears to me that they work fantastic with the newer cards but there is a slight issue with the TNT2 Ultra and perhaps others.

Is there ne way to get Need for speed high stakes to work in Windows XP? i have tried compatibility mode with all modes failing to work and also tried a couple programs to try to fool XP into thinkin it was diff OS also all with no avail.

I installed Netscape 6. 1 because my Internet Bank didnt support IE6 at all. Its working great and all, I was just wondering if you had any experiences from using NS6. 1 in winXP2600? Are there sites that are ONLY funtioning with IE? Because that´s what my friend tells, he hates Netscape by the way.

Setting up a Network in XP

I am trying to Network in XP. Ok here is the setup Win2k = Comp2 WinXP= Comp1 Comp1 and 2 goes into my Linksys BEFSR41 router. Comp 2 locates Comp 1 less then a second. But however I have my printer and my cdrom for sharing, I keep getting an error about not being able to connect.

New Mouseware 9.41 for XP and games

Ok, I just installed Mouseware 9. 41 from Logitech and it fixed my Counter-Strike mouse movement problem in Windows XP. I turned off Acceleration. Now, I got different problem. Mouseware is taking over my game controls!!! Grrr.

IS my PC to slow for XP??

I just put win XP 2600 PRO on my PC and it all worked fine how ever I notice some things seemed a bit jumpy. I soon saw after playing quake 3 that every 3 seconds there is a very small pause. I don’t see it as much just using windows, except when I scroll a page or move a window.
