Diablo II LOD and XP limited account

I have Diablo II LOD installed on my computer with XP, but I am not able to play it with a limited account, but when I switch to administrator access, I was able to play it. Does anyone know how to make so that the limited account can also play it? Any information is greatly appreciated.

I have a Dell Inspiron 8000 laptop. I had to reinstall Windows XP on it and when I went to adjust the refresh rate it tells me I have multiple monitors. And none of those are able to be set at higher than 60hertz.

Has ANYONE managed to successfully enable the TV out function of this card, as I have loaded the latest nVidia driver available, with no result. TVtool is also completely unresponsive, as it will not even execute.

Delta Force 2 multiplayer XP problem

Anyone else had this problem? Delta Force 2 multiplayer: every computer joins current game fine except for systems running XP, which sometimes join but normally don't get anywhere for more than 5 minutes.

Odd graphics glitches

I get really weird graphics glitches with my Geforce2 GTS & Win XP Pro. The backgrounds of my icons in some dialog windows are blue/pink (probably depending on which is set as the transparent colour for the icon) For example, nero looks like this: MSN looks the same except all the icons have pink backgrounds.

I've installed WipeOut 2097 game on Windows XP and it goes like crazy! It's to fast than on Windows 98. I have GeForce2 and Celeron 600 so maybe its to good for the game. . . Is there any possibility to slow down the game to a normal frame rate?.

Can anyone recommend a Windows 98SE forum? Or just a general Windows 9x forum would make me happy. I tried searching in Google, but results were mediocre. Either too low traffic to get responses, or too few members, or the forum itself was horridly setup with that 200 pixel margin wasting space on the left.
