help. can't share internet connection

I've tried everything! I have a small in home network with 2 PC's both running XP pro. The network works fine, both computers can share files and printers but for some reason I cannot connect to the internet from the client pc.

Diskeeper 6 server finish in one pass

Is there a way to get diskeeper 6 server to finish the defrag in one pass? Some partitions it defrags just a little and quits. If I was to restart it everytime until it was done, I would sit there for hours.

No More conntection to network computer than 10

I Have installed w2k proffessional. i have the central database on it and i share it to other user, but when the summa of all connections to this computer reach 10 connetctions, no one can made the other connection, and the database is unavailable for others.

Hi have a small problem with my GA-8IRXP and Geforce 4 4400 from creative, i dont get good frame rates Ran the following benchmarks 3D MArk 2001 SE and got 4400 and GL Mark gave me an average of 21 FPS.

P4 Temperature

Hi I have a P4 1. 8A and and ASUS P4B266 motherboard. It runs REALLY well but I was wondering what temperature the mobo and processor are supposed to run at. The mobo is running about 30C and the processor at about 40C.

Greetings everybody! I've just moved to a new apartment and I'm having a very frustrating problem. I can hear an FM radio station through my computer speakers whenever power to them is turned on. It's loud enough that I can tell what song is playing and even make out some of the DJ's sentences.

I'm just about to purchase a new laptop pc, but I'm torn between having W2K pro or XP pro as the pre-installed operating system. I already have W2K on my desktop pc and I am perfectly happy with it, but I am being pushed towards XP by the vendors.

Guys, Medal of honour keep hanging my PC on me. (athlon 700Mhz, TNT riva, win2000, Direct X 8). I get so far and then the screen just freezes and I need to reset the machine manually. I have tried runing the game in a lower resolution with no change.

I have a GeForce 2 GTS PRO 64MB and a Voodoo Rush (no comments plz) Running dual display in Windows 2000. The GeForce is the primary monitor. Is it possible to play games on one display while still seeing the desktop on the other? When I try the game either crashes or I get a no D3D or Hardware XL detected error.

Does MS plan on releasing a Service pack one for XP? Or are they going to say hell with it and instead release Windows XP SE? I know there are a lot of bugs in XP that i would like to see fixed and I don't plan on getting a new OS just to fix a few bugs

Which Chipset 845G or 850E?

Buying a new MB with a 2. 26 GHZ P4. Just need to know which MB would be best. ABIT BG7 - which has the 845G chipset or the ASUS P4T533-C which uses Rambus? Cost isnt an issue but Im level headed enough not to want to spend double counting the PC1066 RAM.
