You have to download a fix for this game to run it on modern graphics cards such as NVIDIA graphics cards Geforce 6 and upwards and ATI equivalents.
There is no Microsoft support for this game that I could find.

Had trouble switching resolutions above 640X480. If I loaded up VR missions and switched resolutions from within there then it worked fine. Weird. Need to research further.
