Cannot browse my comp but can get to them directly

I have a WinXP x64 computer with multiples shares on it, all my other computers are WinXP 32-bit. They used to be able to browse the shares on my computer just fine but I screwed something up in the Access Control section with TweakUI and I cant seem to fix it.

If you know the name of the share, you can UNC to it just fine and access the share. I just want it easy for people to browse.

I've tried to set everything back to the way it was in the access control section in TweakUI but that has had no effect. I've checked a few basic registry things per Microsoft KB articles but that hasn't yielded me any positive results either.

Anyone got an idea of how to fix this? It's really annoying to have to set everyone up to each one of my shares.
