Well, as far as I know (correct me if I'm wrong) there isn't actually an MS-Config on win2k, the best things to use are things like TweakUI and all that.
 
However, I seem to remember a friend saying you can just copy some MS-Config stuff from Win98 (not sure what/or to where) to Win2k and it will work, never tried it though.
