Does it work for any1? It starts, but there's no text (just background&sound), so you can't cfg keys, etc and when you want to start playing it freezes. I'm using: p3 500, 128 mb ram, voodoo3 2k, sb live! value, win2k build 2195 pro.

UT problem with RC2 and TNT2

Whenever I play UT (with the latest patch applied) in Direct3D mode, the screen gets very. . . strange. Sometimes textures look strange, or my projectiles look like some textures from the level. Sometimes there are visible broken looking objects.

How do i get quake 3 to use open GL drivers in windows 2000 build 2195. 1 for my voodoo3 2000 pci card i am so fet up i have been trying to install hacked drivers but for some reason they don't work for me Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

.. driverz for Voodoo 3 2k. I am allready downloaded driverz for NT4.0, but when I start SETUP.EXE, the message write: To install 3dfx Tools, you must have a compatible 3dfx driver device on your system. Setup cannot continue. Plz help me!!

Has anyone managed to run Omikron: The Nomad Soul on Windows 2000 build 2195 ? When I run it it gives me an error saying : Runtim. exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.

Anyone tried this out yet? I guess befor I load anything I like to see if NT compatible has or anyone else has. . . I have gotting this far and don't want to mess it up. Right now RC3 runs 95% of my stuff so that is cool! Thanks to anyone with any help! ASiDiE.

I used to have an Ati Rage 128 with Win2000 drivers working. I changed for an GeForce 256 (SDR) from Creative (Annihilator). Work fine under Win98 SE. Found Win2000 drivers on the net (v3. 56 and v3.

Q3A / RC3 / TNT / no work !

On loading Q3A on my system (3. 64 with opengl hack from 3. 56) i can hear background menu sounds and the videos but cannot see anything - the screen remains white. Any idea how to fix this ?.

I just downloaded a new driver set from Saldzer's site and what I extracted from the zip are three V3win2k files with the extensions:. roo,. ro1, and. rar. What are these and how do I use them? Also there is a zip package that will supposedly make a game think it's Win95 when installing to get past that error.

Has anyone managed to run this game on win2k? No mission can be launched after the patching. Please help!! I'll be crazy if it doesn't work on the final version of win2k, because I think Jane's will not support this relatively old game.

Descent3 crashes with win 2k

The game loads fine and the keyboard is detected but after you go through the menus and start a game it freezes before any gameplay can occur but shows all the movie clips. I have directx 7. 0 installed and I have dual 550s 128 megs of ram and a tnt2 ultra video card.

I got Rogue Squadron installed and the opening sequence runs up to it askin you to pick a player name. As soon as I hit the keyboard it locks up! In Falcon IV, it plays nicely, but then whenever I click E to end the game, it crashes and I must re-boot to continue playing! Quake 3 demo plays great, yet under diagnot ...

Running the retail UT with a K6-2 400, FIC 503+ MB, SB Live Value, 3DFX Velocity 100, 196 megs of RAM. No problems at all runs nice and smooth at 800x600. Have spent lots of hours over the holiday playing it on both the Internet and home LAN.

Save yourself the trouble.

For those that are experiencing trouble with games and Win NT. Do yourself a favor and install Win 9x, the games will work, Direct X will work, and finally all your problems will 'disappear'. I'm sure you will be able live w/o the extra processor.

I am having trouble with Q3A under 2183. I have a 12 meg Voodoo 2 with ICD installed, but i still get Cannot load GL subsystem. Someone give me a hand if you can. .
