creative tnt2 ultra agp wont work in win2k

I have just recently ionstalled win2k and when I wanna change the screen prop. I see tha tinstead of the tnt2 card win2k uses an vga card. . and the cga card has a conlfict with e the agp slot. . and in device manager i see that the tnt2 car d cannot start.

converting win2k partition to FAT32

Hey guys, Ever since I got win2k I've been converting my partitions to fat32 and one of the few remaining ones is the one that win2k resides in. I've been hesitant to convert it (i'm using Partition Magic under 98).

MS FF-Wheel Problem

Hi. I have problem with MS FF-Wheel (not USB)in Win 2000 Pro. I have tested it with many games, but it keeps braking all the time. Anyone knows how to fix it? I Have SB Live value where this wheel is connected.

Nvidia 5.22/5.23 drivers no go w/Media Player

On any machine with NT4 SP6a or prior and a GeForce 256 board (except the DDR), everytime you'll try to view a. AVI movie file with the Windows Media Player, you'll get a major crash (complete freeze)with the only remedy being a hard reboot.

Does anyone here know when Intel or USWest will be releasing drivers and where I can get them? I want to migrate to 2000, but can't unless I have drivers for my modem. .

Ok. I know that a lot of us have been having the same problem. It's the problem with any Nvidia drivers past 3. 66. Basically, I get random lockups in my games with any of the latest drivers and even the occasional one with 3.

AGP Controller install failure

I recently installed W2K (through numerous, numerous installs and re-installs). I think I got it right. . . but. . . . I get an AGP Controller failure. In the device manager it had a ! beside it. I removed the device and re-boot.

Right, you all know how you can get little programs that allow programmers to get direct access to hardware in NT4/5? Like, for programming the com and parallel ports. Well is there anything that will perhaps get vxd files to function in win2k, like a wrapper/emulator? I'm just curious as I'm trying to get my plays ...

W2k Stop Error and mem dump!!! Help!!

I just picked up a 3D Prophet SE really cheap and installed it on my W2k machine. It runs games great, but sometimes when using explorer, I get a 0x1E stop error saying KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED in nv4_disp.

Hollywood+ and w2k

Whenever I play dvds on my computer I only get sound out of my left speaker. I have the w2k beta drivers for the Hollywood+ installed. Does anyone else have this problem?.

Most stable NVidia driver?

Whats the most stable NVidia driver? I've got a Creative TNT2 Ultra, and my system is unstable as hell. I'm currently running 3. 84, but I don't find them more stable then the others. When playing games my computer suddenly freezes after a while, and I've got to reboot.

Convert FAT to FAT32

Does anyone know of a way to convert a FAT partition to a FAT32 partition in Windows 2000? Or is there a 3rd party program that can do this?

AbitBE6 + win2k = bye bye UDMA66

I have an UDMA66 western digital HDD and everything was fine with win98. I installed win2k (had to change it back to UDMA33) and now I can't put it again back to UDMA66. If I install the old drivers the system hangs up.
