vga to tv-out(S-video)?

I just got a new {Inno3d Tornado) GeForce2 MX with dual monitor support($55 including shipping). . and I was was wondering if I can get an adapter to go from one of the VGA ports to an svideo? It doesn't come with a native tv-out.

Windows2000 and ACPI

Is there any way to install Windows 2000 in ACPI-Mode? Windows 2000 thinks my mainboard (Biostar M6TLG) isn't acpi-compatible, but in Win98SE this mainboard supports ACPI. So I ask you: How can I install Windows 2000 with ACPI-Support???.

Fully integrated Socket 370 Celeron Motherboard?

Anyone know of any CHEAP motherboards that are fully integrated(sound, video), that use a a Socket370 Celeron2 in MicroATX form? I'm doing a little experiment, and want as much as possible to be incoprporated onto the motherboard.

yipiiekayeay. . updated bios booted hardlocked (coldboot only remedy) didnt post searched for reset bios pins. . didnt find took out cmos battery damaged battery case booted locked didnt work fuxx0red battery totally didnt find reciept going to buy another one today *crying* ;/.

2940U2W and SB Live! sound problems....

I'm using an Adaptec 2940U2W and SB Live! MP3+ on an Abit KA7. For the most part, things run smoothly. However, whenever I'm using any device on my scsi card and playing sound at the same time, a horrible static is generated.

Problems with Intel PC Camera & Belkin USB Hub

Hi all! I have an IBM ThinkPad T20 running Windows 2000 Pro. Thus, I have a measly 1 USB port to work with for all of my devices. I bought a Belkin 4-port USB hub to support my ZIP 250 drive and my HP printer, in addition to my Intel PC Camera.

Anyone running raid on here? I cannot get it to work. I have the abit bx133 mobo. . . I have 2 new maxtor 30 gig drives. . . anything that tries to access the raid drive of 60 gig goes IMMENSELY slow.

I was at Comp-Usa today and noticed they have the complete line of 5. 1 sound cards in stock. I did not notice anywhere on the box that it came with the new Liveware drives but it did have drivers listed for all MS OS versions.

I have the option of either a AWE64v or a SBPCI 128 obviously the 128 is based on newer technology but the midi synth output seems to be poor. can anybody shed any light?.

Sound Card options

Well for the past several months I have had nothing but problems with my damn soundblaster live. My computer would lock up every time I used my netword, and watched video or listened to video. I finally decided that I need to fix the problem so the first thing I did was take out the soundblaster live.

I've recently re-installed Windows98SE and now my system logs on automatically to the default profile. It now longer shows the Microsoft Netowork Logon box - anyone know how I can get this back?? it is quite frustrating TIA CL.

how do i activate the 4X AGP function on my motherboard? i have an Intel SE440BX2 which it should be able to support 4X and a Diamond Viper V770 Ultra video card which i know supports 4X AGP 2 Computers (networked)both have : Intel SE440BX2 Pentium III 700Mhz (100) LS-120 120 Mb (100MHz) Fujitsu 17.

Printer Problem

Whenever I try to add the printer to my computer, it keeps saying OUT OF RESOURCES Printer operation cannot continue due to lack of resources. The print subsystem is unavailable. It's plugged in, and has power.
