well, under all versions of win2k my traxdata cdr drive was recognized and worked fine, besides the troubles with cdr-software - but now under the final version of win2k my scsi-traxdata isn't available anymore.

hi again ok basically before anyone says my apm IS ticked in power options but now instead of turning the hard disk off and displaying its now safe to turn your computer off. . . it now it does the memory dump everytime.

Hi. . . i have a onboard soundcard CMI8330 and i cant get it working under windows2000 its got a ! mark next to it but pcchip do not have a win2k driver can anyone help please? in NT compatible test it says it is supported.

Hi there, I plan to purchase an adaptec RAID controller, the cheap one: AAA 131U2. But I heard RAID was not quite supported by W2k, especially SCSI RAID. So, I am to use W2k server or W2k workstation-equivalent ? If I choose the first solution, will AGP and other multimedia stuff still be supported ? Cheers.

For some reason Win2K decides to put all peripherals under IRQ9 which is causing conflicts. Forcing IRQs to slots has no effect. Changing slots has no effect. The main problem is with my sound card-Monster MX300.

I have a Linksys LNE100TX NIC. I'm running Win2k and installed the latest drivers off the linksys site for win2k. However, when I startup win2k and then try to access the interent (via Internet explorer, AOLIM, ICQ, etc) it goes for a minute or so then stops, the connection drops and my mouse slows down too.

After searching the forum, I found references that said the stock Win2K drivers wouldn't work as there was no OpenGL or AGP support. Well, I installed the latest (3. 76) drivers for the TNT2 and I still get the windowed version.

A couple of days ago I upgraded to Win2000 Pro 2195 (was running RC3 before). I installed the 3. 76 Nvidia drivers, then I rebooted. Everything worked perfect. But then, after the next reboot, OpenGL wouldn't work anymore, I didn't install any programs etc before the reboot.
