Trying to get AOL to work

Unrealistic
I loaded AOL and it seems to work fine except, no sound with IM'S and I cannot stop it from trying to load Real Player as an update. Any one have any advice as to how I can fix these two things? PIII650 @ 728 Abit BE6-2 256MB PC 100 TnT2 32MB Ultra.

Highpoint HPT366 Driver Question

I have a question on the Highpoint HPT 366 driver. . . . Does anyone know if it will still lockup like it did in win98 when you copy big files in windows 2000?? I hope it did. Reply.

Dual Monitor Drivers for Riva 128ZX on Windows 2000

I have a TNT2 Ultra as my primary video card,and b/c the WinNT 4. 0 drivers for the Riva 128ZX do not support dual monitors, win2k freezes on startup. Does anyone know of any drivers for the 128ZX in beta or that have been modified to support the dual monitor configuration?.

Has anyone tested the leaked nvidea 5. xx drivers that enable texture compression? If so did they work on smp enabled quakeIII? Currently i am using the asus 379b1 windows 2000 beta drivers, and they work fine when r_smp is 0 but not 1.

Can Gforce & Matrox Millennium coexiste under win2k

Yesterday I bourght a Asus Gforce with DDR ram as repacement for my not fast enough Millennium-Voodoo 2 SLI combination. Man, what a disappointment the 2D res was (I run 1600x1200 small font on a Viewsonic P815) but Quake 3 was as expected great.

Supra Express USB and Win 2K

Has anyone been able to get the Diamond Supra Express USB to work with Win 2K. I know diamond says that it's not compatible just yet, but maybe someone has found a way to tweak the win98. inf to work with win2K.

Hibernation and Advansys SCSI

I flashed my Abit BE6 motherboard with the new beta bios and install the new HTP366 win2k drivers v1. 23. Now, I have hibernation support, but i haven't do it, because when I try it a message says the advansys scsi card prevents for hibernation and it's possible to change the driver to work.

Changing from HPT66 to Promise?

I am sick of this HotRod ATA66 controller. I keep getting errors in my event log, nobody knows how to resolve it. Not even Abit or Highpoint has gotten back to me. I have tried every combination of drivers and bios for the thing, and I still get these errors.

Cannon IS-12 scanner & Windows 2000

I installed the recently posted version 3. 2 driver for the Cannon IS-12 scanner for use with Windows 2000. When I try to use the scanner I receive error message that there is a driver error. If you have sucessfully made the IS-12 scanner work with Windows 2000 please tell me how you did it.
