BitFenix Nova TG Tempered Glass ATX Mid-Tower Case Review

While offering a modern look, the Nova TG is distinctly retro in two ways: first, it supports 5.25-inch external drives, and second, it has a very budget-friendly price tag of $56.99 - which seems lower still when considering the TG in the name stands for tempered glass, as this case sports a full glass side panel. Its available in black or white, and we have the black version in for review.

Remembering the era of generic $29 ATX cases, the Nova TG gives you a lot more than we could get cheaply in the early 2000s, and that $56.99 price tag is pretty close to an inflation-adjusted $29...probably. Comparisons to older cases aside (not that this wouldnt make an excellent case for a retro PC build if you dont need an external 3.5-inch drive) its time to focus squarely on the present and look at a modern ATX system build in the Nova TG.

Cooler Master MH752 Gaming Headset Review

If there is one thing I like reviewing more than anything, its has to be audio products. Especially headset and or headphones. I was lucky enough to get my hands on a prototype of an upcoming gaming headset that Cooler Master was set to launch later in the year.

At Computex this year, Cooler Master impressed the tech world by refreshing and reinventing nearly its entire accessory line. We?ve got our hands on the first of these reinventions with the MH752 gaming headset. Cougar Fortress Gaming Backpack Review

Cougar’s Fortress backpack has a nice price tag and is quite large. It features three ergonomic, padded panels on its back, and the shoulder straps are padded as well. Since it can be held in four different ways, it will easily adapt to any occasion. The only downside seems to be that it is not water resistant, but you cannot be too picky at this price point.

Crucial P1 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD Review

Crucial made us wait for a long time with its first M.2 NVMe SSD but here it is, the latest and the fastest Crucial SSD, simply called P1.

Since it’s Crucial’s first NVMe SSD then we can count on some new features which we will describe in this article.

I already know the results but I guess that many of our readers are curious to see how the P1 SSD performs. We will test the SSD on the AMD Threadripper platform and also on the Intel Coffee Lake.

FNATIC Streak Gaming Keyboard Review

My favorite keyboard of 2018 so far has been FNATIC’s miniStreak, which is their tenkeyless keyboard. I was so impressed with it, I gave it a 10 out of 10 score and our Recommended Award! HP Omen Mindframe Headset Review

Be that as it may, HP figured out a way to stand out from the crowd with its new Omen Mindframe, the first audio headset to employ an active cooling solution inside each of the earcups. Toshiba XG6 1TB NVMe SSD Review

Today we are going to take a quick look at the Toshiba XG6, which is a mainstream PCIe NVMe series of SSDs that is aimed at the OEM market. We generally don’t review OEM SSDs since they can’t be purchased in the retail market, but we are making an exception for this drive. The Toshiba XG6 is the first drive that uses the latest BiCS (Bit Cost Scalable) 4th Generation 3D NAND Flash technology. BiCS 4th Gen is 96-layer 3D TLC NAND Flash, so this is our first chance to look at a product using this technology. We can’t talk about pricing since it’s not available on the consumer market by itself and Toshiba can’t tell us what OEM notebooks are even using it. So, we are just going to look at some performance benchmarks and show you BiCS4 performance as 96-layer 3D stacked NAND Flash will eventually make its way to market on channel drives in 2019.
