Ok, My v8200 (deluxe) is working fine for games and stuff, it won't capture. Everytime I install the drivers, the machine freezes during boot. Can anybody Help?.

hi, Everytime I format my PC, and I install Win2k, it asks me to enable SMARTDrive, or else it will go slow. How do I get SMARTDrive enabled? I use a Win98 bootdisk, should I use an old DOS 6. 22 boot instead? and if you can, provide me a link to get SMARTDrive? Thanks, Shamrock.

I am trying to setup a computer using group policies with windows2k server and pro(client). This is my first time using policies and cannot get them to work! I put all of the users into an OU and created a new policy, adjusted the settings and cannot get the policies to apply to the users.

i have a Win2k Pro 'routing' comp hooked up to my cable modem and it is sharing the internet to my desktop over a PNA phoneline solution. Sometimes when i click a link or put in a web address it will send me to the wrong page and i will have to refresh multiple times before it sends me to where i want to be.

I somehow got a virus, and it comverted all *. jpg files into *. vbs files. Even new Jpeg files I put on my comp are also converted automatically. Is there any way to get them back to jpegs? I tried just renaming the extension, but that didn't work.

OK first off I am the local Admin of my W2K box at my job as well as the domain admin and good old W2K Pro won't let me change my fonts on the desktop settings back to small it tells me I have to contact my administrator since I may not have the needed rights any ideas??? And secondly the head programmer runs IFTP ...

Hi, Is this a well-known fact or just here on my pc - all software-installations based on the microsoft msi-system put a copy of the whole installation file on the harddisk?! You can check this unter c:\program files\common files\ wise installation system and under %windir%/installer.

man people have complained they can't get their RM cards working in XP. This is how. 1. install the latest drivers from realmagic. com then install the software 2. run DVD station in 2k compatability mode.
