ADD folders to the Start/Documents/ ... view.

Hi, i wanna add 2 folders to the Start/Documents part of the start-menu, i wanna add My Audio & My Video, so it looks all cute and all. . I've searched thru the registry a little bit (I used the hints for the other two directories) but i couldnt find anything.

Installing XP pro in existing dual boot PC

Final Fantasy 8 and geforce2 no compremendo

The game runs fine, but the graphics are all garbled up. I have tried 21. 81 and 21. 83 but dont feel like going through the older drivers. Anyone else having problems? What board and what drivers?.

Mouseware - Input locking up

I'm having problems with sticky-keys when using Mouseware in XP. I'm using a Logitech Mouseman Dual Optical, and when I press all the buttons at the same time when I'm gaming one of the buttons lock up, got to release it and activate it again to free it up.

Here's another. . . . I work for a computer rental company occasionally and we have been having problems with our keyboards. After a couple of hours they just stop responding, they just go dead. The only way to get it to work again is to reboot the PC.

Can Anyone Tell me Why XP takes 3.5gb

I did a check on my C: drive and the windows directory is 3. 5gb. I went into the directory to see what files were so large. . I selected all folders and they came up to. 97gb. And all files in the c:\windows directory came up to 4.

Themes Issue

OK ppl, I've recently taken the plunge to XP and got it working perfectly. The only problem I'm having is changing themes. I download them and unzipp'em into the \resource\themes DIR and etc. Many of the dowloads have install instructions attached which usually say that you must D-Click on the the filename.

Madden 2001 Install problems

Using XP pro with Thunderbird processor, 256 mb ram, gf2mx. When trying to install an error box pops up that says insufficient memory to run in 16 bit windows mode. No other processes are running. No problem to install nhl 2001 or madden 2000.

Encryption problem....

This might make your brain hurt, but here goes. . . . . I have 2 folders that were encrypted on a Windows 2000 Pro PC, using NTFS, and were backed up to a hard drive using Backup Exec. Well, my OS got bunged, and I had to reinstall, so I decided to install Windows XP Pro.

Switch user screen flickers

When I press windows-key + L and enter as another use, the screen flickers like it is changing the res. Ok if I had different res between the two users, but I dont. I have the same 1152@32bit in 100Hz on both users.

Is it possible to have more than 1 person using the computer while using Remote Desktop? Like, I was thinking, allowing a friend of mine to use my computer while I was on it at the same time. I think that'd be pretty cool.
