Intel 440BX Mobo @ 133MHz FSB

Hello all. I have a Asus P3B-F mobo (Intel 440BX chipset), which I have been running a 550MHz P3 (100MHz FSB) for quite some time. The board does not officially support 133MHz FSB, although there are several options in the bios, one of which allows you to make this setting.

Need for Speed 3 (Win2K)

Does anyone know how to get NFS3 working under Windows 2000 SP2? NTCompatible gives a file to download that patches the installer, but it doesn't work because my NFS3. exe and setup. ins are the wrong size (presumably it's for the US version only).

this solves my problem. . . in the bios i change AGP aperture size from 64 to 32 mb no more blue screens when i'm playing 3d or open-gl games.

New Official Via 4in1 drivers 4. 36v available for download at They include a 'silent' install of the patch to fix the 'infinite loop'error seen with XP and highperformance graphics cards. It is a silent install so all you will see is that the INF driver is being updated, but it will install.

I have always wondered what is more secure if you want to deny all network access to a folder/drive: -do nothing, leave it unshared OR -share it as a hidden share and deny access to EVERYONE. I also wonder this about FTP servers.

Hi! I'm running WinXP Pro and sometimes it just freezes. After a view seconds a bluescreen appears telling me that NV4_disp. dll (or something like that) caused an error and that the system is going to be rebootet.

dc30 no xp drivers ....ever?

Hi. I just got a DC30 pro from pinnacle systems, and I have discovered that the drivers do not work under windows xp. The windows 2000 drivers work great. . . in windows 2000, but in windows xp they will install but you cannot run the capture program.

Ive seen the Creative Soundworks 3500 speaks for £150 are they better than the £100 Inspire 5300. Which sound i get? Also will they augidy work fine with these speakers? Will there be any probs in XP?.
