How do you setup a pop3 using your domain?

can't stop explorer checking floppy drive

every time i open 'my computer' it checks if there's a disk in the floppy drive. it only started doing it the other day but i cant think what i've done to make it happen. anyone know how to make it stop?.

Convert To NTFS question

I have a C & D hard drive (2 seperate hard drivers) & the c drive is NTFS but D is FAT 32 i want to convert D to NTFS but when i use the commad convert D: /fs:ntfs it gives me an error saying Convert Is not Available for RAW drives.

I have the same problem, everytimes that I run an application, my computer check during a long time my floppy drive ! I can't stop it, even whit the issue purposed by wolf87 ! Help meeeee its really boring !

How do I disable that fu*cking error reporting? Everytime I boot into Winblows eXtraPiss it says my system has recovered from a serious problem. As you can tell i'm a little frustrated. .

Changing VgaSave Refresh Rate

Hi Guys, I have an old video card that is not supported by windows xp. The VgaSave default drivers, loads it all good. I can go up to max resolution and the colors are fine. The only thing I want to change is the Refresh Rate.

How will Windows XP Home edition run on this machine: AMD K6-2 475 MHz 384MB PC100 RAM ? And if it is slow, how can I make it faster? (without upgrading the whole system). I plan to turn of Luna and just use the standard classic Windows look.

Ghost 2002 / Plextor 1210A / Error

When ever I trying making a ghost image, to my cdr, it gets towards the end, and I get an error 11, saying that it can't close the cd. Anyone run into this? I tried 1. 08 and 1. 09 firmware from Plextor, still the same issues.

I have a Terminal Server 2000 running and I can access it from Internet Explorer no problem as long as I'm behind the Linksys router. If I try to access it from outside, it can't find the server name.

I am running W2K and recently developed a problem. When I boot my machine up, all of the drives show up in windows explorer. When I put a disk into either drive (dvdrom or cdr drive), the disk spins, but nothing else happens.

No windows resize when changing resolution

When I change resolution to for instance 640x480, all my program and explorer windows gets resized to that size too. How can I prevent this from happening, i. e have them left alone and be big - and out of reach if nessesary? I use the TV out fetaures of my graphics card, you see.

scanport scanner won't work in XP

Have a scanport sq4800 parallel port flatbed scanner,have tried the latest drivers from scanport(out of business)and they won't work with XP,every time I install the scanner and drivers xp finds 8 scsi scanners and an unsupported scsi/raid host controller.
