I got a new motherboard for my computer. I have Windows 200 Pro installed already. When I start my computer up it says Check for virus on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers.

when i single click on a video clip in the C:\ drive, a little preview comes up in the bottom left of the main folder. Is there a way to disable that feature? Im running Win2k professional btw. Thanx.

in all the games i've so far installed (q3, aquanox, serious sam: se, tribes 2, ut), the controls are jacked up. if i press too many keys at once, the last-pressed key will stick. . . that is, if i hold back, then hold forward, then let go of the back button, i'll keep going forward even if i let go of the button.

If you have another NIC in and both connected to a switch than to a 100 base hubs, theoratically will that double the input/output for file access? or is it the same since it's all ...

Hi, I have a diamond monster voodoo2 card installed w/ updated drivers on win2k. It is running through an ATI 3D Rage II+ PCI card. I just recently install directX 8. 1 but it doesn't recognize the voodoo2.

I installed Windows 2000 and the system could not log me on because I forgot the password. Is it possible for me to change the password? I tried CTL-ALT-DELETE so I could change the password but it just doesn't do anything.

Have anyone gotten max payne to work with voodoo2 in xp ? I have gotten halflife and diablo2 to use my voodoo2 card now (with drivers originally from this site i think) but when i start up max payne and am prompted to select 3d card i only get 1 option, my ati rage pro crappy d3d card.

Im looking to ditch my 60gb 5400rpm/ata100 drive in for something large (80gb+) and with ATA/133 support. What are some good drive recomendations from the users?? Ive looked at Western Digital since i would like to go with them again since both my drives are both WD drives.
