XP is not plug&play-detecting my Voodoo 2 card

I have an old Diamond Voodoo 2 card (ok I know this is old and obsolete, dont need to say I have to buy a new one). I had windows 2000 Pro and it was working fine with 3DFX beta drivers. But then I migrated to Windows XP, and installed the NT Compatible drivers, and my voodoo stoped working.

Hey, I have a p3 1ghz, 256MB RAM and a Geforce MX 400 card, using the 23. 12 drivers. I've tried putting into compatibility mode, but no matter what I do it seems to flash to the desktop in a split second whenever I try running.

I need help. If I click on a link in a post or thread nothing happens. I don't get forwarded to the corresponding site. In order to get to the site I have to open another browser and paste the link I want to see in it.

I cant seem to get publisher to install. The setup runs through the system update, then installs and reboots the computer. Once the computer resumes from reboot, the publisher instalation begins. After a few seconds I get an error message saying that The file C:\WINDOWS\OBDC32.

i currently use the 27. 70s for my visiontek ti 4600, but would prefer to update due to the alleged performance increase given by the later drivers, unfortunately i dont get the nvidia display properties addin (display properties, advanced) i can use Nview quite happily, much as i find it a useless venture on nvidi ...

I installed Windows 2000 on my system a few days ago and everything works great, except my Thrustmaster Nascar Supersport Wheel. First when I tryed to install it, the setup had an error saying it was only designed to run under Windows '95 and '98.

I have an Athlon TB 1. 333, Win 2000 Pro. I'm having hangups when starting. Sometimes it's okay, sometimes I have to reset or power down a couple of times before the thing boots fully. When it does stop, it's at the white screen with the blue progress bar.

Hi, just installed 2 40gb baracuda 7200 rpm on my Highpoint raid conntroller of the asus A7M266-e and dont think the performance is nowhere near what it should be. HDTACH shows about 30mb/sec trancsfer and 12m seek.

I have a situation where I have a vpn setup on a win2k server, the server unfortunately is on Dial-up and has a dhcp ip address. I need to administer it via terminal services, it is up most of the time, however as I said it is dhcp.

I have an abit hot rod pro raid card that uses the highpoint 370 chipset i want to know what the maximum sized is for a striped raid array on that chip. I was going to buy 2 61 gig drives but i am not sure that it will support over 120 gigs in an array.

explorer.exe taking up 20% CPU

Is anyone else having this problem? Explorer. exe takes up, on average, 20% CPU usage. . This makes all my games skip every few seconds, and other programs run crappy as well. . I know it's explorer, because if I end task on it, and run a game without explorer running, the games don't skip, and I get, on average, 2 ...

Can't connect to DSL modem thru Linksys router...

For some reason, I can't connect to my DSL modem thru my Linksys router. The modem is of course connected to the WAN port of my Linksys router. My DSL modem has a html interface, but I can't connect to it unless I plug straight into the modem from my computer.

When I go to stutdown I get the following message. Windows-The minimum Virtual Memory Setting is too low. Try increasing the paging file size. I have done nothing to cause this and do not understand why it happens.
