Rivens installs perfectly, when I click on the icon the game does not start. I see an hour glass by my cursor, it stays for 2 seconds then disappears,and nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and no luck.

Runs correctly on my machine with the latest patch 1.02 (available from http://support.ubi.com). Compatibility mode does not seem to be necessary.

Works with compatibility patch on single CPU machines. When running in SMP mode (2 processors for example), Riven will not work. (I tried with the August 2000 compatibility pack installed)
