Help required with Asus V7100 and TV out

Hi, I am using an Asus V7100 Graphics card and want to send signal to my TV (composite). I can do this fine on my laptop but on but I can't see the option within display properties to enable or set up a secondary momitor? Kind Regards Louis.

Hi,
