W2k Voodoo 3 drivers with Quake 3 & UT

I have just upgraded my computer to Win2000 for networking reasons among other things, and can't figure out why my computer has problems playing games. I am using a Voodoo 3 2000 PCI, and the first problem is installing the drivers. I basically had to hack them in order for my computer to start. If anybody could tell me step by step how to get these drivers installed, it would be helpful. It's not that I couldn't figure it out, but I have had so many other driver related problems, it isn't even funny anymore.

Second, Unreal Tournament doesn't run in full screen mode. This only happens in Win2000 on my computer. I'm special. And another thing, I only get about 10fps, and I know that it can do better.

Third, I don't even know where to begin with Quake 3 arena. It only uses OpenGL, and I know that win2000 comes with some version of it, but getting the Voodoo 3 card to work with OpenGL gave me headaches in win98, and I don't want to have flashbacks in win2000.
I've attempted to install Wicked GL, but it gets to this grey screen and has an error. (says something about wicked GL not supporting voodoo 2, glide2x.dll).

Any help/theories/speculations would be helpful.

I guess I didn't explain myself thoroughly enough. I did format my hard drive and clean installed Win2000. Sorry.

I fixed my problem by disabling the video card that was on the motherboard. I guess it was having some compatiblity probles with the voodoo 3 card.
