Emulators and win 2K

Hi!Does anyone know if emulators work in win2k?Like Mame32,Impact or N64?I've heard that some of them that run on dos,dont seem to work and you get stuck(the only solution is to end the task from the task manager).

Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback wheel

I have a Ms sidewinder force feedback wheel GAMEPORT VERSION. The software that came with it (ver 3. 0) doesn't work with w2k. I tried installing the wheel in game devices in control panel and it worked.

Tzar not working on win2k -help

The popular RTS, TZAR, doesnt work in windows 2000. This is by far my favorite game. Does anyone have any ideas on howto fix the game so it works in win2k.

Thief on Win NT

Is this a Win 2000 message board only or are there any NT users out there? I've just bought Thief Gold for my PC, and then realised that it won't run! It comes up with my the directx graphic drivers not being able to run.

UT and Matrox G400

Can anyone advise me as to the best configuration for UT with a G400Max under NT4? I have 192Mb RAM, SP5, plenty of hard disk, 4. 13patch on UT, latest drivers from Matrox. D3D and OpenGL both seem choppy to me.

Unreal Tournament with 128MB

I got my new GeForce DDR (previously owned TNT) and began playing UT in 1024*768 with 32bit color, but UT keeps paging. After I explore a level, the paging goes away. Is another stick of 128MB my next upgrade? Addtronics Case Soyo D6IBA-2 with 1 500Mhz PIII (Built in U2W) ASUS GeForce DDR 128MB RAM 9.

hi All, I noticed that someone at NTcompatible reported that he could install the MS Game Profiler ver 4. 0 while 3. 02/2. 0 has failed. . I was looking at MS homepage and could not find any traces for version 4.

Hi, I'm using a voodoo3 on win2k, but am unimpressed. The voodoo3 performs the same as my Banshee does. So I was planning on getting a TNT2 ultra, and am just wondering if I can expect significant improvement.

NFS5 is really Crazy with me

Hey guys; First of all i had NFS5 working fine with me. But i had Quake 3 Not working. SO i got the new drivers that supports OPENGL for my Video Card. and then i got Quake 3 running so so great. But the Problem is that NFS5 Stopped Working now.

Family Game Pack Royale

3DO makes a game called Family Game Pack Royale. It is designed for Win 95/98. I am sure that it would run under W2K. It is designed to spot the NTKERNEL file and not install. I have contacted 3DO and they do not seem interested in helping.

Homeworld & voodoo banshee

Has anyone managed to run homeworld in OpenGL with the voodoo banshee? I'm using Anthony's hacked NT4 drivers (god I wish 3dfx would get off it's a** and release drivers) and can only use D3D and Software.

ok i get this high pitched scratchy sort of noise in ut all the time. it just started a while ago and i cant get it to go away. i didnt switch drivers or anything. . . i have been using the liveware! for win2k drivers, which suck but at least i had clear sound for a while.

Getting 4 Speakers w/SB-Live & win2k?

My friend has a SB-Live Value running Win2k prof. He just got some brand spankin' new Klipsch Promedia v. 400s and can only get 2 speaker support. Are there any drivers out for the Live that give it 4 speaker support? I checked Creative's website and nothing is listed under 2000 drivers or beta drivers.
