Win2k, BP6 and TNT2 combo problems

Hi everyone. I've read almost every post and have gotten lots of good info from this board. But now I've got a problem that I'd like some opinions on. Here are my system specs. Win2k Pro Final 128 mb micron ram BP6 with latest non beta bios dual celeron 400 o/c to 500 Diamond TNT2 w/v3.

Hey I got about 200 bucks to spend and want to buy a cd r/w. Im gunna get it from pricewatch cuz prices are so low but I want to make sure that the brand I get is good. Not some p. o. s that im stuck with that doesnt work so good.

Overclocking geforce ddr. How far?

I have the winfast geforce ddr. i over clocked it with coolbits to 135/335. now my question is, is that little dinky fan ok for it. what is to high resulting in it being to hot? What would be the max recomended overclocking speed? also my athalon 500 is apparently running around 110 with a heatsink and 2 fans on it.

Sandisk Imagemate Smartmedia USB

Well, looks like the Imagemate Smartmedia USB reader from Sandisk is a no go for the time being under W2000. I bought one yesterday, brought it home, connected it, and found out there are no drivers built into W2000 for it.

keyboard driver prevents hibernating?!

I enabled succesfully the Hibernate support (control panel, power options), but if I want to Hibernate (or use Stand by) I get every time the following error: The weird thing is that the standard driver (!) prevents the hibernating.

W2k shutdown doesn't power down

I have an ATX motherboard and case. Under Win 98 and NT4 the machine would shutdown correctly - Win98 would power down and NT4 would allow the front panel power switch to power off. Win2000 leaves a message that you may turn off your computer but the front panel switch is disabled.

Is anyone else exp this, when I set 2K to shut down my hardrive after a certain amount of time, they never shut off, and the computer will not come back up. I am forced to do manual restart when I do I rcv a different error every time, restart again, and everything works fine.

I got nVidia 5.13 working w/ GeForce DDR...

I solved most of the terrible problems I had with the nvidia 5. 13 drivers by setting my FSB speed to 90Mhz (from 100Mhz). I think I'm buying into the theory that the new drivers just enable too many features on the chip and are overloading it somehow.

Eicon ISDN Diva USB. Porblems with SMB

When I use my ISDN TA with both processors enabled under Windows 2000 I get the irql_less than or equal to error. Under a uniprocessor system everything works fine. Does any one know a way of getting the TA to work on a SMB system.

Easy Cd Creator 4.02 and Yamaha 6x burner

I installed Easy cd creator 4. 0 and patched it to 4. 02 and the program starts but when I try to burn a cd it tells me that it can't find any CD-R drives, but the drive is there and working ok. Please help.
