Sb Live and Sb Live 1024 in W2k

Has ANYONE tried to install the new LiveWare 3 Patch in Win2000 with a Soundblaster 1024 Card? It denies to work on my poor system. Seems like the patch is made for Sb Live cards ONLY? What is the difference between old SB Live and SB Live 1024 cards? Please help to sort this out.

Anyone got a logitech wheelman mouse to work...?

Well, I got build 2128, and a logitech wheelman mouse USB on it, it works fine for simple things, but I cant install any of the drivers available, not that there are any specific for win2k that I have found.

W2K and AMD756 chipset (MSI 6167)-Athlon

I am using an AMD Athlon 500 and the MSI 6167 motherboard. Does anyone else have this config? I keep getting Blue Screened due to Power mgmt. Are their any drivers that anyone knows of? And it seems unusually slow, even slower than my Celery system.

Games and the voodoo 2

I have a voodoo 2 installed and when I try to play games lile FIFA 2000 it wont pick the device up in the popup boxes I was wondering if there was a way to fix this. .

Logitech QuickCam Home, anyone?

It is listed in the HCL but the software wouldn't install nor does it seem to work. Anyone else have the cam and got it to work in Win2K? BTW, it is USB and it's running on RC2 (CPP). TiA. . . QAZ.

Hello, I am useing the version W2000/RC2/2031 german Is that a old version,because it is not possible to use the new 3. 53 driver for my TNT2. After rebbot i get a blue window which says that there is something wrong about a jump-adress in the driver.

Diamond Netcommander ISDN in W2k?

Anybody have any luck in getting a Diamond Netcommander ISDN card working in win2k?? I have held off installing w2k because people have told me it doesn't work. . and an OS without internet access is no OS at all =).

Help, Hoontech digital outs doing nothing in 98 or 2000!

I received the $12 Hoontech I package yesterday, with a coaxial and optical out for my SB Live Value sound card. I connected their audio cable to the add-on board, put the add-on board on my SB Live Value Edition card, and mounted the digital outputs on the back of my Enlight case.

Sound Blaster PCI64

I have a SB PCI 64 (ES1370 chipset), which works fine, MOST of the time. The prob is, that after no specific time frame, the sound dissapears. Winamp will not play, can't watch VCD's nothing. Anyone got a similar prob, tips to fix perhaps??.

ASPI/SCSI failure

I have a Tekram DC-310 SCSI adapter, which runs my Panasonic 7502 CD-R When I try to burn a CD using 2128, I get: ASPI failure FLUSH Failure ASPI Failure then it says my SCSI card is not ASPI compatiable.

modem doesn't work in the net dial-up

my modem stopped of working in the net dial-up of the windows 2000, I did some tests and he are working in the win2000, he/she doesn't only want to work in the net dial-up. can anybody help me? there is not any conflict in the manager of devices.

Can someone PLEASE clear up all this ASPI confusion. I CANNOT burn anything using 2128. I have 2 totally different scsi cards One a tekram DC 310 and the other an Adaptec AVA 2902 and they perform with no difference!! I get ASPI errors everytime I try to burn a CD.

Excuse me if this has been asked a zillion times, I'm just new to this w2k beta game. I've joined the trial program thingy, and have installed win 2k RC2 (pro version). I've got a voodoo2, and was looking to try the funky new gaming support in w2k.

NV4 drivers and full screen...

Hey, anyone tried running emulators with these drivers? It seems emulators such as snes9x don't get support from that full screen filtering trick that it does in 98 drivers. Anyone actually get this working in 2k? -Hit.

Creative TNT2 M64

Running a Dual Celeron Abit BP6 board, with a Creative TNT2 M64. . . with 2 celeron 466s oc/ed to 525 (Did the same thing while normally clocked). Here's the problem. My boot into win2k RC2 (2128) halts right after the loading screen.

Refresh rates in win2k with 3.52-3.55 Tnt drivers!

Does anyone get the right refresh rates when playing games in win2k with the tnt drivers, I try to run unreal tournament in 1024*768 @ 85 Hz, but it seems to get a lower refresh rate when playing unreal (Directx & Opengl) and Quake (Opengl)like its 60 hz or something With the 3.
