KitGuru: Corsair iCUE 7000X RGB Review

We liked both the Corsair 5000D Airflow and Corsair 4000D Airflow, and were hoping the next case from Corsair would be compact, efficient and cheap. Instead we are reviewing the iCUE 7000X RGB, which is an E-ATX full tower that supports 420mm/480mm radiators and lands with a hefty price tag of £299.99 inc VAT. Ouch.

KitGuru: ASUS ROG Strix G15 Advantage w/ AMD Radeon RX 6800M

In 2020 we loved the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 with an AMD Ryzen 4000 CPU and Nvidia RTX 2060 graphics. Today we have the ASUS ROG Strix G15 Advantage with AMD Ryzen 5000 CPU and AMD Radeon RX 6800M graphics, and not a hint of Nvidia anywhere to be seen. This is pure AMD from end to end and the discrete graphics deliver a slice of the RDNA 2 technology we saw in desktop RX 6800.

Glob3trotters: Noctua NH-P1 Passive CPU Cooler + A12x25 LS-PWM Ultra Low Noise Fan

Alongside it, Noctua is offering also an ultra low noise / low RPM premium 120mm fan for the P1, just in case you want an even more capable semi-passive setup. The new fan is called the NF-A12x25 LS-PWM which uses the in-house made Sterrox® liquid-crystal polymer material, reference-class SSO2 bearing, comes with a rich bundle of accessories and has 6-year manufacturer’s warranty. All of this means you get one of the best 120mm fans that they currently offer.

Today we’re checking out a new mouse from SteelSeries, but not just any mouse, this mouse has been inspired by the Chameleon lizard to fit in with its environment. KitGuru: SuperO C9Z590-CGW Motherboard Review

KitGuru has reviewed four motherboards from SuperO over the past four years with mixed results. Before you dive into our review of the SuperO C9Z590-CGW you might find it helpful to take a walk down memory lane and check out the C9Z390-PGW, C9Z390-CG-IW, C9Z370-CG-IW or C9X299-PG300 and you will get a feel for how SuperO goes about its work. The hardware is often very good while the finished product can be quirky or, occasionally, downright annoying.

KitGuru: AVerMedia AX310 Live Streamer NEXUS Review

As you may know, AverMedia makes all sorts of products aimed at live streamers and content creators, including as capture cards and microphones, many of which we’ve reviewed here on KitGuru in the past. Today, however, we’re checking out something totally new from the company and really, there’s nothing else on the market quite like this product, at least nothing that combines all of these features into one item. We’re checking out the AverMedia Live Streamer NEXUS AX310 Control Centre, coming in at £320.
