SBLive sound problems from interrupt sharing ?

Hi, I am using Win2000 and have problems with my SB Live (clicks and other noises). I think the problem is that interrupt 9 is shared by 7 devices. The OS reports no conflicts, probably because all drivers support interrupt sharing.

Restore startup folder??

Can someone tell me if there's something special with the startup folder? I am running Windows 2000 Pro, and i mistakenly deleted my startup folder (Admin account) and since then i can't get any programs to startup with windows.

HELP: TNT2 Ultra, FIC-SD11

I'm having issues with this hardware config: W2K Pro, TNT2 Ultra v5. 32, FIC SD-11(NC610ROM & VIA 4-in-1 driver v4. 23) & Athlon 500. Anything that runs OpenGL, including screensavers, will lock up. The system hard locks, CTRL+ALT+DEL doesn't even do anything.

Has anyone had any success with installation of a USB Scanner under win2k & sp1? My Ibm Ideascan 2000 wouldn't install pre-sp1 and I'm wondering of sp1 is worth another try. .

I have a 3dlabs Oxygen Vx1 AGP video card on a Abit BX6-2 Motherboard. I run win2k. I installed some hardware detection programs (several) and they all say that i currently use AGP 1X speed. I contacted the support from ABit and 3Dlabs.

Overcloking on an Asus K7V

I was just wondering, I got an Asus K7V and a 750MHz Athlon. Is there any way to overclock the CPU without opening the case of the CPU and change the jumpers there? I wouldn't mind a little more juice out of my system without spending any money on it (hey, who wouldn't???).

Well, I'm getting a iNTEL Pentium Celeron Coppermine 128 running at 600mhz. But I have a 466 mhz overclocked at 525mhz right now. You can overclock the 600mhz to 945mhz though. And I'll get SSE-instructions built into the processor.

So I download'et the 83 mb SP1 and installed it and it crashed my computer. When it booted it complained about inaccesible boot device! I found that the problem was because of FAT 32 / NTFS. So I reinstalled first win98 (my win2k is a upgrade!), installed win2k og finaly win2k SP1.

Refresh Rate with Voodoo 3 3000 AGP

After a fresh install of Windows 2000 Pro, my monitor is locked at 60 hz when I play games (in 1024x768). I used to have 85 hz. I use the 1. 01. 03 beta driver. Any ideas ?.
