ok i have ultima 9 that i bought about 3 months ago haven't been able to play it yet but in win2k when i try to start the game it says please insert the correct cdrom i have tryed everything from cack pathces to refromating and reinstalling win2k i have a p3 550 diamond viper II sbLive adaptec 2940uw

I'm having a problem installing either of these games, they seem to install fine until they finish the file copy and a dialog box pops up and says Error: No hardware found or along does lines. Does anyone know how to get around this dialog? My Specs: Celeron 450 win2k Creative TNT2 Ultra Creative Voodoo2.

Win2k NFS5 multiplayer w/ error!

I renamed that file and got NFS5 to start but whenever I play multiplayer I get a error saying invalid shape I play regular games fine. Any ideas?.

I know this has probably been talked about earlier, but i need some serious help here. The sticky keys in this game are outrageous. It makes the game completely unplayable. I was wondering if anyone had these problems? What did you guys do to fix them? Thanks in advance.

Hi guys! I can't get UT to run under w2k. My system: 2 X P3-650 on BX440, SB1024 player, TNT2 Ultra. When i start the game the computer freezes after the startup screen. If i try to start in safe mode, the program just creates an error and stops again.

I have gta 2 but i wanted to play my old gta1 on windows 2000 in the rendered mode (3dfx). is there a way to play the rendered mode on a geforce in windows 2000, i cant find and update for gta anywhere, not even on their sight.

Hi. I just reinstalled Q3a. . . and i am using the nvidia 3. 81 drivers When I get in the game, I start with 640 res. I switch to anything higher, and i get a program error. I ahve a creative labs tnt2, and using the newest point release for q3a (came out 3/21/00 i believe) Any help? BoDEAN.

I d/l the files and put them in temp directory and ran setup, but setup wouldn't continue because it said that it couldn't locate the files that i d/led. Can anyone help? Has anyone got these to work? thx in advance.

I couldn't get nfs5 to work on 2k, even removing that gimme. dll I heard about. but it really doesn't matter anyway. Was it just me, or does that game really suck compared to high stakes?.

Still waiting for gaming device manufacturers to get with the program as far as their drivers are concerned. . . I am used to using a SpaceOrb for my game controlling needs (Quake3, UT, Half-Life) buy the drivers are not there, and no date has been set for release.

half life custom games freezing

Has anyone else had the problem where any half-life mod other than the original freezes solid their machine (need reboot) just before you can start shooting (ie as the console retracts). Never happened before and my rig specs haven't changed since last time I re-installed.
