I'm using RC2 (italian version). . . Everything seems to work fine, except my CW-7502B cd recorder. The pre-install plug'n'play scan didn't find it. . . I added it with Add new hardware as Matsu****a CW-7502 CD/DVD ROM, but when I reboot the system the recorder disappears.

Internet Connection Sharing Question (DHCP)

I want to use ICS with Win2k Pro (2195), but not with IP 192. 168. 0. x ! When I have ICS enabled and I change my new static IP to my old IP that I want to use (10. 1. 1. 1) and another PC (win98SE) wants an IP adress the event log says that I have to change the area of IP adresses, cause it wants assign 192.

Has someone got the Terratec EWS88MT Sound System (multi I/O card 24 bit/96kHz) to run? I tried the NT 4. 0 drivers, they installed, but the EWS88 control panel says Hardware not found although the devices show up in the device-manager window.

Anyone using a zoom PCI dualmode modem, model#2925 and gotten it to work under win2k? I cant for the love of god get mine working. Zoom has no drivers yet. . . . so i may be screwed for a while. . . .

Hi folks, I'm a TNT owner, i don't have a TNT2 or Geforce card, but i've done some observations of the latest drivers out there. . And i've found out a few problem related to the drivers (these issues does not necesserly apply to tnt2 and geforce).

The topic should have been: 3. 69 drivers are VERY unstable. . . . Direct3D and AGP are enabled, but no games work with the 3. 69 drivers! RolCage just exits, and Unreal Tournament resets the computer.

Gravis Gamepad Xterminator???

Has anybody been able to get the Gravis Xterminator gamepad working with W2k?? The control panel cannot detect it at all and even when I use the resolver program, the Gravis software is still yelling at me for not using Win95.

NT 4.0 and new Dell w/SCSI drive?

I have two new Dell machines. One is a XPS-B733r the other is a XPS-T700r. Both have the Quantum Atlas 10K (18gig) hard drive and Adaptec 2940u2 controller. I eventually got NT on these machines by making Disks and skipping the auto detection process and then feeding it the adaptec driver.

I have a Tekram DC-310 series SCSI controller card, and basically i'm having the same trouble as everyone else. Damned ASPI driver errors in Win2k. I'm trying to run CDRWin, and i hear that there are some drivers available for download, however i'm unable to find them.

Might be the wrong place to ask this. . . But anyway, I've got a ASUS GeForce, and according to the Display Doctor program I got with the card, it's about 70 degrees Celsius when I'm in Windows 98/2000.

Adding second cpu in Win2k

Hi, just wondering if I need to reinstall Windows 2000 Pro if I just added another cpu. Running Abit BP6, just added another Celery 366 @ 550. Win2k doesnt recognise second cpu!!!! Is there a fix or patch, or am I stuck with a fresh install??????? Thanx.
