TNT2 Drivers w/ different TNT2 Cards: SURVEY

Aww. . . not ANOTHER tnt2 driver question?? nonono. . just a quick(maybe notso quick) survey. I've been tracking the w2k driver issue for the nvidia cards awhile now. I've noticed a very large difference in opinions for each and every driver release since the introduction of d3d enabled drivers.

ScanJet 6100 install under NT 4.0

Cant get scaner running under NT 4. Installed SCSI Symbios Logic HP version card, seems OK, but after boot-up system finds device - scaner HP C2054. That all, then I try to test scaner with Deskscan 2 v2.

I think no more liveware posts should be made. Just wait til creative releases their drivers (according to the front page, it will be soon. ) I have waited 3 months without liveware support, and I am living.

Sound Blaster Live and No Sound???

I did exactly what it said under hardware and still no sound. I am running the retail copy of win2000 pro. I have tried installing the s/w wavesynth one and the sb live one and the original one and yet no sound still.

I have some nice connections and through them I LEGALLY obtained copies of both Windows 2000 Professional and Windows 2000 Advanced Server. I have a P2 450>504, 128 RAM, Viper V770 Ultra, Sound Blaster Live Value, 2 Western Digital ATA/66 7200 13GB hds, and my mother board is an Amptron 3100.

Hi folks, I bought some new ram and i'd like to test it all, to be absolutly sure that they are working right, is there some program (besides just booting windows2000 and run all program i can find simutaiusly) i can use?

I think they do. Before having one, I had a D-Link I though that it was right enough. But one day, I bought a 3Com, and my life goes different. Faster connection, full duplex, low CPU occupation : my life became a dream.

Received notification that I would get a free copy of 2000 Pro! Yeppeee!!! Anyways I thought I would dust off my ancient dusty copy of RC2 to get ready for the full ver. So anyways I install and see that 2000 being the helpful OS it is installed the VIA UNSUPORRTED DRIVER or whatever it is under the USB tree.

Liveware3 and SMP???

So. . . I read that the liveware3 install (found on this site) does not work with SMP. What exactly does that mean? It won't install? It installs with errors? It installs but not all the apps work? Can someone please explain? Thanks in advance.

Losing Monitor standby

I'm not sure why or what happened, but for the past couple of days my monitor hasnt been powering off after the specified time in the power control panel, and when i checked my monitor settings, its back to default monitor and wont let me change it.

Large Maxtor HD

I had a working dual boot 98/2000 with a 10 gig IBM and 10 gig Maxtor HD. I thought I would give 2000 a bit more room so I bought a 27 gig Maxtor HD to replace the IBM. I partioned the new HD and ghosted the IBM drive to the new HD.

Protected ZIP disks and w2k ?

Is there any way to see the password protected ZIP (Iomega) disks in W2K? I don't mean cracking, but a software like IOmega Ware that works, because the disks are mine!

more help with dual boot

I want to dual boot 98se and 2k server here is what i have now 13. 5GB drive: c:-101MB boot sector(fat) e:-win98se(fat32) 20. 5GB drive: d:-win2k server(fat32) How do I get it to work? Right now when I choose win98 to boot it reboots my computer.
