Joystick pov hat not working.

The pov hat on my joysticks will not work. using the 2 axis 4 button pov driver in win2k. when i cal the joystick it never does the pov hat. Is the generic win2k drive not working right? Thanks Wallaby.

Updated Voodoo 3 3500 Drivers & Games

I got the new Drivers (beta 2) from 3dfxgamers. com for my voodoo3 3500 and I noticed some games that didnt work before now work. Games like Thief 2 and Soldier of Fortune now work. . . .

I can't imagine how a prominent company like Creative can have something like this available for download on their site. If you feel you must install Liveware for Win2K go ahead. You might want to have a spare computer available though.

Hello, I have a Creative Voodoo 2 12mb card and a ATI Rage II card. I have installed the latest windows 2000 drivers for my voodoo 2 card. I can play quake 3 arena, but I have no glide and direct 3d support, so I can't play F1 2000 and Need for Speed 5: Porsche Unleashed and all the old glide and direct 3d games.

Dos Bios upgrades in W2K, how to???

Hi, I'm new in Win2K, and i was in the will to update my motherboard bios! But how can i do it? The Flash program comes from Award and it runs only in MS-Dos mode with no emm386, how can i go to dos? Thanks Pedro Viana

Voodoo2 + video card w/ 2 "monitors"

Okay, let me try to explain this a little clearer. The current setup I have is a G400 Max as primary video card with a Voodoo2 for 3D and glide support. Along with that is a REALMagic Hollywood Plus DVD card.

nVidia 5.13 drivers w/NT4 and H+

what's been your experience with the nVidia 5. 13's and the Hollywood Plus dvd-decoder card? had a ***** of a time on my own: dvd station would play for seven seconds exactly then disappear leaving static image on TV / fuzzy blacks on VGA.

HELP - HP 8100 and NERO

I installed Nero. When I open it, it wont detect my HP 8100 drive. Yes, I installed the ASPI drivers from Sedzar's page correctly. I dont know how to fix it. I'm clueless.

Freezes (not random lock-ups)

I've been having a fair few occasions recently, whereby trying to start a program up - causes the system to freeze. . . . the program (it can vary sometimes) won't start. . . starting task manager doesn't help because i can't see the program to kill it.

Liveware problem theory.

It looks to me but most (not all) people that are having problems with the newest Liveware for Win2k are running dual processors. Maybe because they had the Nt4. 0 drivers installed first or something but this is just my theory.

Direct CD 3.01 Update

There's a new Direct CD update, version 3. 01 which apparently includes proper Windows 2000 - Link below; Dated March 27th, not sure if it works yet as I'm just off back to work Exorcist.

My transfer rate for my Kenwood 52X Cd-Rom is very slow in Win2k, does anyone know why? It works fine is Win98. Why no UDMA in WIN2K? Asus K7M Athlon 550@750.
