Anyone have a functioning controller (USB) in Windows 2000?

Hi guys, Can anyone recommend a good controller that works well in Windows 2000? I was thinking of buying a Microsoft controller, but I am not sure if any controllers (USB) work at all in Windows 2000.

3com 5690 pci modem in win2k

hello everyone. . . . My neighbor has a 3com 5690 modem installed which has the wdm drivers from microsoft. The problem is that she really needs the voice capabilities of her modem. There are new drivers for windows nt , but when I install them it asks for the nt5.

UMAX Astra 2200

Help! I have a UMAX Astra 2200 scanner and it doesn't seem to want to work under W2K. It doesn't install at ALL as a USB scanner. But here's the weird part. . . When I install as SCSI, it finds it, reports it as an Astra 2200, and VistaScan and everything install just fine.

Hi ,has this anything to do with my problems using 3. 75 drivers with rivaTNT viper board. . . My display card is using the same I/O out range and the same memory ranges also with my Intel 82443BX Pentium ® 2 processor to AGP controller.

I just can't see how all of you have so much trouble installing video card drivers in Windows 2000. I've done it OVER AND OVER without doing an uninstall on my Viper V770 TNT 2 Ultra. Learn how to use a computer.

Disconnected form internet when printing

I have one small problem. If I´m connected to the internet and start to print, ithe internet connection is disconnected. I have ISDN and use the ZyXel imni. net plus and my printer is a HP DeskJet 720C.

sidewinder not working in madden 2000

i am having a really weird prob with the sidewinder gamepad, win2k, and madden 2k. windows detects my joystick just fine and it runs fine in the tests. but in madden 2k the joystick doesn't respond properly and it looks like madden 2k is detecting it as a gravis pad.

Microsoft Digital Sound System 80 USB - help needed

When I connect my Microsoft Digital Sound System 80 via the USB port my computer finds it but will do any of the following; Freezes Restarts Installs but when I sound is played a crackly noise is heard then restarts.

3C450 Win2K compatibility?

On the compatibility list it says the NIC 3C450 is not compatible with Win2k. Does this mean it will never be compatible? Or do I have to wait for 3com to release new drivers?.
