Dual Monitor problem with 98 and 2K

It's a strange problem. 98 works provided the AGP card is set to boot first in the BIOS. Windows 98 works provided that the PCI card is set to boot first in the BIOS. I really hate messing with the BIOS everytime I want to change OS.

I've got a new Compaq p3/500 with an internal PCMCIA adapter that I've added (for work). I use SanDisk flash disk cards, which end up being treated by Win98 as a new HD controller (on IRQ5) and as a new disk drive.

Help Me. . I have a maxigamer cougar with the nvidia tnt2 m64 chipset. I've tried all the new nvidia drivers. I even tried the mixing nv4_mini. sys from the 3. 66 drivers with the 3. 78 drivers. Any game i try to play either locks up or restarts my computer.

I have a new Server Running Windows 2000 Server. When I start 2000 for the first time all is well until I get to the point when I am about to log on and the screen goes blank. I am running NVIDA RIVA TNT2 M64 and a Qvision 172 Monitor.

I'm using AverMedia's WDM Bt8x8 drivers (as suggested from the NT Compatible site), and those install fine. Most TV programs I use look for a registry entry for the WDM capture device. All those programs find is my WebCam.

OK, her's my problem. When I go into energy saving modes, like Hibernate or stand by, my keybord stops responding as soon as I get off the energy saving mode. . . So I cannot enter my pass or login after exiting these modes, most of the time.

I'm in the market for a good USB scanner that will function under Windows 2000. Most companies haven't gotten their USB drivers out yet and I hoping that someone knows of a good scanner between $100 and $150? Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone. I've only had one problem running Win2k Professional so far, and I think, based on some of your replies to other posts, that some of you might be having the same problem. I am running a PII 300, 192 megs ram, Creative Labs TNT AGP, SBLive Value, Lucent 56 K PCI modem, and Creative Labs DXr2 card.

well i just uploaded the full liveware2000 to shrinks site 🙂that he had setup not sure the url i think and then rename the end. r00. r01. r02 all the way up to. r06 just cut and paste url in browser.
